Get full details of CMA Foundation Course. CMA is one of the best course to study in INDIA. You have to work very hard for nearly 3 to 4 years to complete CMA Course. Coming to the details about CMA Foundation Course, to become a CMA one has to pass through all the 3 stages in CMA Course, among those, the first one is CMA Foundation Course which we are going to discuss here. CMA Foundation Test is the entrance test for CS Course which tests the student in four areas viz. Fundamentals of Economics and Management, Fundamentals of Accounting, Fundamentals of Laws and Ethics & Fundamentals of Business Mathematics and Statistics. CMA Foundation is an objective type test with negative marking for each wrong option. This test will be conducted twice a year in the months of June & December.

Eligibility for CMA Foundation Registration
|Eligibility for Admission:|
|(a)||A candidate should have passed Class 10 or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution.|
|(b)||Passed Senior Secondary Examination under 10+2 scheme of a recognized Board or an Examination recognized by the Central Government as equivalent thereto or has passed National Diploma in Commerce Examination held by the All India Council for Technical Education or any State Board of Technical Education under the authority of the said All India Council, or the Diploma in Rural Service Examination conducted by the National Council of Higher Education.

CMA Foundation Exemption for CA CPT & CS Foundation Students
Students who have already passed CA Inter (IPCC) of ICAI and CS Foundation of ICAI are eligible for exemption for CMA Foundation Course and they can directly register for CMA Intermediate Course.

(Attestation should be by any member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India /The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ The Institute of Company Secretaries of India/Parliament/State Legislative Assembly or a Gazetted Officer or a Principal of a college)
When to Apply for CMA Founadtion
Admission to foundation course for the ICAI course is open throughout the year However, Students desirous to appear for June Term Examination should apply before 31st January of that year and for December Term Examination should apply before 31st July of that year.
How to register for CMA Foundation 2017?
Students admitted/registered/enrolled to Foundation course at least 4 months prior to the month of Examination shall be eligible to appear in the Foundation Examination, subject to completion of specified trainings.

Where to submit/dispatch filled-in application form?
All students shall submit their Postal Application form, duly filled in together with relevant documents and remittances to their respective Regional Councils / Chapters only.
